I saw a wind chime, it had a glass bead the appeared to move down as the chime moved, were would I find this??
I saw it at Pacifica fog fest the year before last. Would it be a wind chime?
I saw something like that at Saturday Market in Portland, Oregon. But it was not really a wind chime....more like a wind catcher....it did not make sounds. It was really beautiful as it twirled in the wind and the glass ball looked like it was falling. If this sounds like what you are looking for, please send a comment and I will go to the market and get the name of the person who makes them.

Accident resulting in amputation of finger..... what to do?
Whilst trying to hang a wind chime in the shape of the sun which was a birthday present, my nan unknowingly caught her wedding ring into one of the decorative rays. As she stepped away the ring was trapped and she tore away her finger from the knuckle. She managed to call the paramedics and when she arrived at hospital they told her that she would have to have the finger amputated.
She had the operation yesterday and everything is fine. Although it was a terrible accident, my nan would like to take action to prevent this item being sold if possible, as it does possess quite a serious risk.
My aunt also mentioned that if you lose a limb you are automatically entitled to some kind of compensation? Is this true and do you know of anyone that we should contact?

What happended your nan was awful unfortunate ,but a common occurance where rings are involved , it maybe hard to prove that the wind chime was at fault as they would argue that you could catch you ring on a picture hook or simmalar in the same way ,as for composation it maybe worth looking to her home insurance policy for a personal injury clause

How will I know the real diamond?
